And here is another award for our restaurant. FlipMagazine, an online newsmagazine, founded in 2009, published by the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce South East, Inc. (Miami, Florida-USA), which covers current affairs, including international ones, with an innovative and personalised slant, has included Piccolo Arancio among the ‘three places where you eat like a king in Rome’.

Here is what they say about our restaurant: ‘In the historical centre, in a small alleyway between the Trevi Fountain and the Quirinal Hill is Piccolo Arancio, belonging to a historic family of restaurateurs in the city who have other establishments characterised by the word orange. It is a small restaurant/trattoria, with just a few tables, well run by Mara and Carlo, with a close-knit staff between kitchen and dining room. You can enjoy Roman cuisine, but also dishes that change from day to day, of excellent workmanship, with fresh fish playing the starring role. Excellent wine cellar, a certain underlying elegance that elevates the offer by many leaps compared to the area, dominated by places that are often only touristy.’.
